Stories that grab me tend to involve soldiers, spaceships or both. I have a weakness for survival stories, technobabble, and friendships forged in dire circumstances. My gen-only fanself has recently expanded to embrace the joy of the multi-shipper highway.

I started out in M*A*S*H fandom, moved into Band of Brothers and now I'm fully lost in the gateverse - both Stargate: SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis. I'm also watching Farscape and Sanctuary but my fannish energy tends to focus on one show at a time.

This is a fandom journal and most entries are public. My real life is locked down elsewhere. Friend and de-friend or leave random comments as you wish (anyone should feel free to comment on public entries) and I'll likely do the same. Please don't take it personally if I don't friend you back - there could be a myriad of reasons, usually having to do with me not noticing or not having time to read more people and odds are, if you don't engage me in comments, I won't realize you're here. Also, I sometimes haphazardly friend or defriend. I can pretty much guarantee this is about me and not you. If I friend you and you don't want me to, just let me know.
